have succeeded in making my lifelong dream of living in the peaceful
and quiet primeval forest of Oregon's Cascades.

A
Better Life is what I have achieved for myself as well
as the name of my first company. Oregon Dreams Publishing LLC is
my newst venture with the publication of my first "in the bookstore"
book - "Unstoppable Joy - the 12 Easy Steps to A Happier You"
I have been live on the internet since 1995 when I created the first
regional site for the Grants Pass and southern Oregon area - Rogue Web.
In a very short time it grew to thousands of
visitors a day.
I sold Rogue Web in the intervening years and developed many other
projects for ourselves and my clients. I have helped market over 40 web
sites selling everything from products as diverse as Ionic Air
Purifiers, Information Products, Rolex Watches, Books, Real Estate,
Blue Green Algae, Herbs, Health Products, Women's Fertility Devices,
Fishing Expeditions, Calling Cards, and more.
In 1998 I introduced my first information product on the Internet. "Real Estate Secrets". This
revolutionary product is a do it yourself manual for real estate
services. It reveals the behind the scenes going-ons of the Real Estate
Industry and explains how to save money on real estate services whether
you use a real estate agent or go FSBO.
I sold the Real Estate Secrets rights and business to one of the
largest Real Estate web sites on the web (ByOwner.com) It is widely
recognized as the bible of the "do it yourself" real estate guides. It
has been featured in local and National news.

My experience in marketing goes back to 1985 when I served as Director
of Marketing for Alvarado Street Bakery in the San Francisco Bay
area.
I have never been one to accept things at face value. The first thing
at the bakery was take a hard look at what the advertising budget was
accomplishing. Alvarado Street was advertising just like everyone else
was and getting the same puny results. Like most every
business, they spent money on advertising without tracking the results.
I researched everything I could about what
works and what doesn't work in marketing. Then I tracked the results
with coupons and codes to see if the theory actually matched the
results. At Alvarado Street Bakery, I was able to experiment with
direct mail, print, billboard and radio advertising.
I discovered that the methods used by most of the corporate world
didn't sell enough product to justify the expense. So I started testing
and using what was then known as "emotional response marketing" and
sales took off. In a few years sales at the bakery increased from
$370,000 per year to over $3,400,000.
I have been fine tuning and honing these techniques (and many others)
for the last 16 years. When the web came along I adapted them to sell
on the web. The results speak for themselves.

I moved to this spectacular paradise ten years ago and am still awed by
its magnificent beauty, azure blue skies, wild and scenic
rivers and unlimited variety of birds and wildlife. The

Helping you sell more is not a job for me - it is a
dream come true. As an ex-city dweller, I totally enjoy the pleasures
of country living in Oregon. Instead of living on a busy city
street I now enjoy life in tall timber and wildlife with a lake view from my front room window. I have
replaced the hustle and bustle of the city with daily walks down to the lake here in Lowell.
